OUR MISSION - OUR VISION

OUR MISSION:
To Prevent human trafficking before harm begins.

OUR VISION:
A world free from exploitation and slavery.

To accomplish these goals ~

We Deliver

Survivor-informed, trauma-informed, Tribal-informed Prevention Before Harm education against human trafficking to your children, communities, and agencies.

We Educate

schools, clubs, and organizations as well as whole sectors of the community through our hosting of multi-angle events with our Partners, experts in their field.

We Strengthen

the Collaborative Response against this crime through our close individual and robust coalition partnerships to end trafficking and abuse.

Wisdom International was born out of the desire to continue strengthening our response to human trafficking through PREVENTION BEFORE HARM training and education in the San Francisco Bay Area.

PREVENTION BEFORE HARM

WE ENVISAGE

Protection for children, youth, teens and adults from the rampant local and global commercial sex trade and from the cruelty of sex and labor trafficking. This is our passion; it is our raison d’être.

Partnerships with local, national and global people willing to embrace the Wisdom of giving Help2Others, making it their own, while amplifying our collective and inherent ‘power to make a difference’.

We believe that

Human trafficking is a preventable crime.

We offer you

PREVENTION BEFORE HARM

Education as an integral part of ending human trafficking.

Through education we can prevent exploitation and victimization from the onset; a preferred result compared with being trafficked.

We network with a continuum of normal people like You, with Tribal Leaders, community leaders, legislators, coalitions, and with our partners in law enforcement, service providers, and the legal system; all of us working towards the demise of human trafficking.

We continue to make a difference moving towards a community that is:

PROTECTED

  • Alert, informed and collaborative about the issues of human trafficking.
  • Able to spot the signs of recruitment and grooming before another child is tricked.
  • Whose children can protect themselves and their friends from deceptive predators.

PRO-ACTIVE

  • Able to spot the signs of trafficking in the many arenas where it is found and report it.
  • Whose members can help a child ravaged by a trafficker get the professional assistance they need.
  • Whose children and adults have a secure place to turn with established connections to the resources they need.

This is

PREVENTION BEFORE HARM

HOW TO PREVENT HUMAN TRAFFICKING?

  • Make prevention education a going concern.
  • Engage community in prevention education.
  • Expose and mend systemic gaps.
  • Develop higher levels of coordination between anti-trafficking stakeholders across the board.
  • Ensure prevention education stands with all other anti-trafficking efforts on equal footing.

This crime is preventable. Mission accomplished when we abolish it.
